Recognised as one of the Top 20 Canadian Women in Defence by Esprit de Corps Magazine, Kimberley has enabled the alignment of the multiple industries. She is the founder of WaVv, a company that facilitates the cross-sector acquisition of solutions and services and is the founder and creator of CONVERGX®. She has recently been appointed to the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG). Kimberley has also been awarded the Game Changer Award by United Women’s Network, and most recently graduated from the Canadian Leaders at Sea (CLaS) program from the Royal Canadian Navy. Her work continues beyond her current efforts in a variety of philanthropic endeavors & associations. She is a proud mum of a 6 year old boy, a Pilot and Divemaster Diver.
