Josh is the Assistant Business Manager of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 115 in British Columbia. Josh began representing workers in 2007; in his career he has represented workers in the construction, mining, hydroelectric, road building and industrial sectors. Josh is also the President of the Vancouver, New Westminster and District Building and Construction Trades Council and served the BC Government as a member of the Environmental Assessment Advisory Committee appointed by the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change. Josh lives in Port Coquitlam, BC and is married with two sons.
