Isabelle is General Counsel and Chief of Labour Relations for the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada. She currently heads the legal department for one of the largest professional unions in the country. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers (CALL) and she sits on the Canadian Labour Council’s Executive Committee Working Group on Legal Challenges and has been involved in a number of constitutional challenges to contest government initiatives impacting labour and human rights. Isabelle is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, where she completed her common law degree in French, and an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences (Criminology). Isabelle currently resides with her family in Ottawa, which coincides well for her love of all things political.
