Gina McKay is a proud CUPE member and Labour Director at United Way Winnipeg.
Building stronger and more inclusive labour movements is a passion for Gina. She is an active lgbtq2+ Métis activist on human rights and equity committees in her local, national and international labour movement. Gina has worked for over 18 years in the community health & social services sector, and is an experienced Union Member Facilitator, a current executive member and past president of CUPE local 2348. She is a graduate of the Labour College of Canada and will present to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women this spring with a Canadian, International and Global Union delegation.
