Dan MacKenzie has served in the Newfoundland and Labrador government for the last 20 years in progressively responsible policy roles. Since 2014, he has worked as Director of Intergovernmental Policy and is a lead member of the management team on matters related to Newfoundland and Labrador’s involvement in the work of Canada’s Premiers. Dan was born, raised and educated in Montréal, and has since proudly put down roots in Newfoundland and Labrador. He is an avid hiker of the East Coast Trail, a successful half-marathon runner, and a devoted father to an exceptional teenage son.
