Dr. Frances LeBlanc is the CEO of the NB Chiropractors Association and the PEI Chiropractic Association, a chiropractor, consultant, and founder. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College following undergraduate and graduate studies at the Université de Moncton. She also completed the MPPAL program at York University and achieved the Certified Association Executive and Corporate Director designations. Moreover, she supports several organizations including the Canadian Society for Association Executives, Women in Business NB, Equal Voice and Coalition for Pay Equity of NB among others.
