Originally from Arviat Nunavut, Jordan moved to Iqaluit in 2013 to become a reporter/editor for CBC North, in 2015 he became a video journalist and a former executive direcor of the Inuit Broadcasting Corporation. Jordan is now an assignment producer at CBC North. His wife Angel, daughter Wenda and 2 sons Isaiah and David are an important part of his life. Jordan spoke at COP17 in Durban, South Africa for Inuit studies Conference in Washington, D.C. and many other conferences internationally to represent Inuit on issues faced in the North. He was nominated Michener Award in 2014, awarded the 2015 Youth Indspire Award, 2019 RTDNA Dave Rogers Award.
