Dr. Faghfoury is a clinical geneticist working at Mount Sinai Hospital, University Health Network and Sick kids. Her interests include the diagnosis and management of patients with rare disorders and the leveraging of telemedicine capabilities to improve patient access to genomic testing. Dr. Faghfoury has won several teaching awards and is currently the program director for the Medical Genetics and Genomics postgraduate programs at the University of Toronto. She is involved with clinical genetics outreach within northern Ontario as well as with Doctors without Borders as a telemedicine consultant. Dr. Faghfoury is an avid city cyclist and lives in Toronto with her 2 young children and husband.
