Cadleen Désir is CEO and founder of Déclic, a network of professionals providing services to special needs children across Greater Montréal, as well as Chair of the board of directors of the Groupement des chefs d’entreprises du Québec. An administrator of several organizations, she imparts to them her vision of human and inclusive leadership, nourished by collective intelligence, diversity and the participation of women.
In particular, she sits on the board of Femmessor and the government of Québec’s economic development advisory council, as well as a number of educational organizations. A 2011 recipient of the Médaille de l’Assemblée nationale, Cadleen Désir provides entrepreneurial advising to women and young people in Benin. The monthly news magazine Les Affaires recently featured her on its front page.
