Andrea Addario works as a National Education Representative for the Canadian Union of Public Employees. She has also worked in municipal government, in the Office of the Mayor of Toronto. She has a strong interest in defending public services against privatization, and in linking public services to broader social issues. She is particularly interested in learning about decolonization practices, and what that could look like in Canada. She is an avid reader, writer, and cook. She lives in Toronto with her partner and two young sons.
