Adrianne is passionate about cultivating inclusive environments for people to realize their potential. In her current role as Manager, Organizational Change & Agility at TELUS Digital, Adrianne works at the intersection of business, tech and people, and helps teams shift to new ways of working as part of TELUS’ digitization journey. Prior, Adrianne dabbled in change management consulting at Accenture, led award-winning leadership development programming at CivicAction, and coordinated environmental programs at the City of Toronto. A community-builder at heart, Adrianne is involved in a few local initiatives including the Dragon Centre Stories and the Asian Canadian Women’s Alliance.
