Carlos Carvalho works within the British Columbian labour movement, supporting unions and labour organizations through organizing, education, and capacity building. He is a regional representative with the Canadian Labour Congress, board vice-president of the Union Protein Project, and co-founder of One Movement Threads, a social enterprise rooted in worker-centred values. With over 20 years of experience in the labour movement, Carlos has contributed to campaigns advancing fair wages, safer workplaces, and stronger public services, while also supporting candidate training and campaign capacity building. He is motivated by collaboration, practical problem-solving, and building collective power.
