Brent Chamberlain is a recognized expert in inclusive leadership and human capital management, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CIBC—a leading North American financial institution with 15 million personal, business, public sector and institutional clients. He brings a wealth of experience from the non-profit, communications and financial services sectors having held leadership roles at Bell and Pride at Work Canada. A passionate city-builder, Brent is a former CivicAction DiverseCity Fellow and served on the Toronto grant review team for the Ontario Trillium Foundation. He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and McGill University.
