Brenda Okorogba is committed to equity, systems change, and community impact. She works across leadership development, education equity, gender justice, workforce inclusion, and social innovation in Canada and globally. Brenda has led and advised nonprofits, MSMEs, and multilateral partners, mobilizing resources and designing inclusive programs that strengthen communities and expand opportunity. She has empowered learners in 30+ countries and helped unlock over $5 billion in scholarships, grants, and development financing. From 2023–2025, she advanced the Government of Canada’s Feminist International Assistance Policy in Ghana, Eswatini, and Ethiopia. In 2025, she was appointed to the Order of Canada for her leadership and impact.
