Axel is an Industrial Engineer from Polytechnique Montréal and holder of a D.E.S.S. in Sport Management from HEC Montréal, where he earned a place on the Honour Roll. He is a recipient of the Globe and Mail Changemaker Award. He currently serves as Senior Director of Workforce Management at National Bank, COO of the startup AddAd Media, and acts as an athlete representative for brand partnerships. He has led large-scale international teams and delivered improvements in both performance and customer experience. On a personal level, Axel is actively involved in his community and pushes his limits through exploration: more than 30 countries visited, a successful ascent of Kilimanjaro, and a completed marathon.
