Andrew is a Child Protection Investigator and long-standing union president with more than 20 years in protection services. He began his career in Central Massachusetts, working on the front lines with high-risk youth involved in crime and gangs, an experience that shaped his lifelong commitment to justice, safety, and accountability. He led the charge to gain national attention for his workplace through strong worker engagement, which resulted in direct intervention from the Ministry. More recently, he ran for office at all levels of government, earning tremendous support in a very short time. His passions include physical fitness, coaching his son’s football team, defending workers’ rights, and transforming workplace culture.
