Founder & Executive Director, Afro Women and Youth Foundation

Adebola Adefioye is a recognized social impact leader, educator, and PhD student advancing equity and systems change across Canada. She is the Executive Director of the Afro Women and Youth Foundation (AWYF), a registered charity, and Team Lead of Adebola Adefioye Consulting, where she leads training focused on anti-racism and inclusive practice. Adebola teaches Early Childhood Education courses at the college level, bringing critical perspectives into post-secondary learning spaces. Her leadership has earned national recognition, including the King Charles III Coronation Medal, the Racial Justice Award in Education, the Ontario Premier’s Award, 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women, and Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch.
