Kapil grew up in Sarnia, Ontario, lived in the UK and Boston and now resides in Toronto. By day, he uses narrative and storytelling to help organizations scale their impact. His consulting work ranges from helping speakers prepare compelling talks, to advising organizations on how strong narratives can lead to more purposeful leadership, culture and strategy. By night, Kapil serves as co-lead for TEDx Toronto, Canada’s largest non-profit TED Talks event. He received an MBA and Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University and enjoys exploring Toronto’s incredible food scene, holed up at a local board game café with friends or watching the next amazing HBO series.
