Founder and CEO
Ginu completed her B.Comm at the University of Toronto, and has worked across Canada and globally in management consulting, international development, and social entrepreneurship. Her main interest is in youth and adult education and how it translates to economic opportunity. She is also passionate about how governments, businesses and the nonprofit sector can work together more effectively to accelerate social progress and shared prosperity. She completed her MBA at the University of Oxford and is the founder of a social enterprise that drives cross-sector collaboration through skills transfer. She is also the Program Director at Shad Canada’s York University campus.
