Wes Iqbal is a lawyer and strategist focused on protecting social stability and institutional trust in the age of AI and digital platforms. Earlier in his career, he worked on major accountability and justice files, including advocacy for residential school survivors and reforms to military sexual offence oversight. He now leads Public Policy at Rogers, where he helped create Screen Break, a national initiative promoting healthier childhoods in a digital world. He chairs the board of Open North and is committed to advancing concrete policy responses to today’s technology-driven social risks. Wes lives in Toronto with his wife and daughter.
