Tiara Folkes is a senior government and Indigenous relations professional with experience spanning federal public policy, major infrastructure projects, and cross-sector leadership. Raised in Treaty 7 territory and now based in Ottawa, she has worked in ministerial offices and corporate government relations, including leading elements of the Phase 3 Trans Mountain consultation process following the Federal Court of Appeal decision. Her work focuses on building durable relationships, navigating complex political environments, and advancing respectful engagement between Indigenous Nations, governments, and industry.
