Terri-Ann Richards is the CEO of Lighthouse Leaders Group, a keynote speaker, and author of Success Takes Courage and Becoming the Eight Percent. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience—building nine businesses across multiple industries—she now coaches and trains executives and emerging leaders across Canada. Her work focuses on resilience, emotional intelligence, and sustainable performance. She co-founded Entrepreneurs Who Care, a giving circle of business leaders supporting local causes, and founded the H.E.R. Bursary for women attending New Brunswick Community College. She also serves on several boards focused on equity, housing, and inclusion.
