Electrician Apprentice, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 353

Teri Anna Libby’s professional interests centre on the skilled trades, the labour movement, and improving access to safe, stable, and unionized work. She regularly speaks with schools, students, and community groups to raise awareness of the skilled trades as a viable and respected career path, particularly for those who may not see themselves represented in these industries. Outside of work, she values time outdoors and enjoys camping and hiking, which help ground her and reinforce the importance of balance, resilience, and connection. These interests shape her approach to leadership and mentorship and inform her commitment to building a more inclusive and diverse Canadian workforce.
