Taylor Smith is a Registered Nurse with experience in acute care, forensic nursing, and nursing education. Taylor serves on the Registered Nurses’ Union of Newfoundland and Labrador Board of Directors as a Regional Representative and as Young Worker Vice President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Labour. Nationally, Taylor is engaged through the Canadian Labour Congress and the Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner, Taylor’s professional and personal interests include amplifying young perspectives in leadership, fostering intergenerational collaboration, and advancing equity and sustainability within the public healthcare workforce.
