Steven Wang is a lawyer, educator and nonprofit executive serving as the CEO of Venture for Canada, where he leads a national organization empowering the next generation to navigate the future of work through entrepreneurial skills, experiential learning and responsible AI adoption. Steven also teaches on AI governance, democracy and US-China relations at the University of Toronto and Harvard Law School, and previously founded a social enterprise in Asia. A Rhodes Scholar and former corporate lawyer, he is motivated by renewing our democratic institutions, fostering inclusive prosperity, and helping Canada navigate technological and global transformations with shared values and purpose.

Steven Wang est avocat, enseignant et dirigeant d’organisme sans but lucratif. Il est le PDG de Venture for Canada, une organisation nationale qui vise à donner aux jeunes les moyens de s’adapter à l’avenir du travail grâce au développement de compétences entrepreneuriales, à l’apprentissage par l’expérience et à l’adoption responsable de l’IA. Steven enseigne également la gouvernance en matière d’IA, la démocratie et les relations sino-américaines à l’Université de Toronto et à la Harvard Law School. Auparavant, il a fondé une entreprise sociale en Asie. Boursier Rhodes et ancien avocat d’affaires, il est animé par la volonté de renouveler nos institutions démocratiques, de promouvoir une prospérité inclusive et d’aider le Canada à traverser les transformations technologiques et mondiales en s’appuyant sur des valeurs et un objectif communs.
