Solange Scott is deeply committed to equity, advocacy, and community leadership, with professional interests rooted in labour relations, workplace health and safety, and human rights. As a union leader, she is passionate about empowering workers, strengthening governance, and advancing systemic change through collective action. She values mentorship and member engagement, particularly supporting women and workers of colour in leadership spaces, and is a proud recipient of the OSSTF Status of Women Award. Outside of her professional work, she is actively involved in provincial athletics, particularly track and field, and is dedicated to supporting young Canadian athletes both on and off the track.
