From Three Mile Plains Nova Scotia, Shawn Johnson works in the labour sector for the Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union. He was an active member and Vice President of his local which motivated him to be a leader. Shawn has provided presentations pertaining to discrimination and racism and is a believer in fairness and equality, providing guidance for peers and youth. Shawn has attended NUPGE Leadership Development school and continues to build leadership skills and creative ways of thinking to be a successful leader in the years to come.

Il a suivi la formation en développement du leadership du Syndicat national des employées et employés généraux du secteur public et continue d’affiner ses compétences en redoublant de créativité afin de s’améliorer comme leader.
