Sarah currently serves as a City Councilor in Fort St. John, BC. Raised in Nova Scotia, she attended Cape Breton University before relocating to British Columbia. With a degree in Environmental Public Health, she spent sixteen years working in healthcare. Public service and community wellbeing have consistently guided her professional and personal pursuits, and she volunteers regularly throughout the community. Sarah has served on numerous boards, including her professional organization, the local credit union, youth sports associations, and the public library. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her husband, daughters and dog.
