Samuel Breau is Director, Office of the President and CEO at the Mental Health Commission of Canada. A bilingual Loran Scholar and Certified Health Executive, his 15-year career has driven system-level transformation through collaborative partnerships and evidence-based implementation across e-mental health, measurement-based care, recovery-oriented practices and workplace mental health. Samuel excels at translating complex policy into impactful programs and building meaningful interest holder engagement. He serves on multiple not-for-profit community organization boards and holds a Master of Public Health and Social Policy, championing equity-centered innovation that centers lived experience perspectives.
