Richard Eberhardt est organisateur communautaire dans le Grand Sudbury (Ontario) et occupe les fonctions d’agent syndical et de négociateur à la section locale 175 des TUAC. Fort d’un bagage professionnel diversifié, il y met à profit l’expérience acquise dans ses carrières antérieures, notamment comme enseignant, pour s’adresser avec éloquence à ses pairs. Il a travaillé chez Green Economy Canada comme agent d’atténuation des changements climatiques en entreprise et s’est fortement impliqué sur la scène politique de Sudbury après avoir été employé de député. Organisateur d’événements communautaires et collecteur bénévole de fonds, il est le fier papa de deux enfants.
