A life-long community organizer and campaigner, Riccardo’s focus is on building healthy workplaces with good working conditions, and stronger communities. He has championed workers through strategic campaign and communications roles for the NDP, and a decade of advocacy in Canada’s largest unions. Currently the Executive Director of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC), he has played key roles in securing fair wages and equity for the union’s 240,000 members, while defending Canada’s critical public services. In the summer Riccardo runs along the Rideau Canal; in the winter he skates on it, and year-round he does his best to be a good uncle.
