Executive Director, Crossroads for Women
Renée is originally from Ottawa, and after nearly a decade in the federal public service, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector, a move that brought her to Moncton, NB. There, she launched the seventh chapter of Shelter Movers, providing moving and storage services to survivors of abuse. Renée has since served as Executive Director of Excellence NB and now leads Crossroads for Women, Atlantic Canada’s largest domestic violence shelter. She sits on the board of Atlantic Wellness and is a member of the CPC Women’s Progress Club. Her achievements include Top 20 Under 40 (2023), the BPW Phenomenal Woman Award (2025), and leading Crossroads for Women to CCGM’s Best Non-Profit (2025).
