Payam Eslami is an Executive Director with more than seven years of experience leading organizations in the community and public sectors, working at the intersection of economic development, entrepreneurship, and social impact. His career is marked by strengths in governance, team building, and the development of sustainable partnerships. As part of a Québec government initiative, he helped establish and structure Entreprendre ici, serving as its first Executive Director and growing the organization from four to eleven employees while diversifying funding and supporting entrepreneurs from diverse ethnocultural backgrounds. Payam has also served as Director of Entrepreneurship for the City of Montréal. Outside of work, he enjoys scuba diving, golfing, and spending time with his children.
