Nuka Olsen‑Hakongak is an Inuk from Cambridge Bay, Nunavut, and a practicing lawyer currently working as in‑house legal counsel at Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI). Prior to joining NTI, she practiced law with the Kitikmeot Law Centre as part of the civil litigation team at the Legal Services Board of Nunavut (Nunavut Legal Aid). Outside of her professional work, Nuka is a proud aunt who enjoys spending time with family. She loves fishing, sewing mitts, walking her dogs, and writing, and is currently in the process of publishing her first children’s book.

En dehors de son travail, Nuka est une tante comblée qui aime passer du temps en famille. Elle adore pêcher, coudre des mitaines, promener ses chiens et écrire. Elle est d’ailleurs en train de publier son premier livre pour enfants.
