Nicole Minde is a member of Ermineskin Cree Nation and a Senior Manager with ATCO’s Corporate Indigenous Relations team, bringing over 15 years of experience across the company. Her work spans Indigenous consultation and engagement, partnership development, and the advancement of meaningful economic and social participation. She also serves as a Treaty 6 representative on the Board of Directors of the Oteenow Employment and Training Society, supporting career pathway development for First Nations peoples. A lifelong learner, Nicole is driven by curiosity and a commitment to building understanding, applying knowledge, and fostering respectful, cross-cultural relationships.
