Monica Flores is passionate about travel and languages. Her career in Government Relations and Communications has brought her to work in Canada, Latin America, the U.S. and Europe. Monica seeks to have an impact by elevating leaders from diverse communities. She is the co-founder of the Canadian Latin American Women Executive Network and has been a speaker at events to support the Latin American community. In 2025, Monica was recognized as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians and a finalist in the 2023 Quebec Women’s Business Network Awards in the category of “Woman Committed to her Community”.
