Miguel A Rozo works at the intersection of democratic governance, innovation, and global partnerships, turning policy ideas into coalitions that deliver. A former child refugee, he’s driven by service, lifelong learning, and bridging cultures. He led Canada’s international elections policy at Global Affairs Canada; co-led a World Bank climate challenge, deploying $2.5M to 23 grassroots NGOs; and co-chaired an inclusive recovery World Economic Forum campaign, reaching 2M people. He has spoken at TEDx, Davos and founded a Vancouver youth social-innovation non-profit. Miguel has lived across Western and Eastern Canada, speaks four languages, and holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
