Meghan is a senior naval officer in the Royal Canadian Navy and Director of Foresight and Concept Development within Chief of Force Development, where she leads a team translating futures thinking into capability growth. Her operational experience spans sovereignty patrols and deployed missions abroad, and she is an Officer of the Order of Military Merit. In 2023, she commanded His Majesty’s Canadian Ship Vancouver, deploying to the Indo Pacific in support of Canada’s Indo Pacific Strategy. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys RVing, biking, and cheering on her boys at the hockey rink with her husband.
