Mathieu Roy est agent principal de projets à la Direction de la gestion du capital humain chez Services publics et Approvisionnement Canada. Il est passionné par la transformation organisationnelle et travaille actuellement sur un projet visant à centraliser les fonctions de RH et de rémunération pour l’ensemble du gouvernement du Canada. Mathieu détient la certification PROSCI en gestion du changement et occupe également le rôle de coprésident du Réseau des jeunes fonctionnaires fédéraux au Nouveau-Brunswick. Sa carrière comprend des expériences internationales, des rôles dans le secteur privé en RH et en gestion de projets, ainsi qu’un service fédéral depuis 2019. Il a reçu des prix d’excellence dans deux ministères et participe activement à des programmes de mentorat. En dehors du travail, Mathieu aime passer du temps en famille et découvrir différentes cultures à travers ses voyages.

Mathieu Roy is a Senior Project Officer with the Human Capital Management Branch at Public Services and Procurement Canada. He is passionate about organizational transformation and currently works on a project to centralize HR and Pay functions across the Government of Canada. Mathieu holds a PROSCI Change Management certification and serves as co-chair of the Federal Youth Network in New Brunswick. His career spans international work, private sector roles in HR and project management, and federal service since 2019. He has earned excellence awards in two departments and actively participates in mentorship programs. Outside work, Mathieu enjoys family time and exploring diverse cultures through travel.
