Marcus Wong is an emerging scholar-practitioner in public policy and international relations, with over two decades of experience spanning government, business, and board governance. He serves as a Board Member and Senior Research Fellow with the NATO Association of Canada and has served as a West Vancouver City Councillor, a member of the West Vancouver Police Board, a Trustee of Queen’s University, and a provincial tribunal adjudicator, advancing evidence-based policy and democratic governance through interdisciplinary analysis and principled leadership. Marcus holds degrees from Queen’s University, the University of Birmingham, and Harvard University, where his research examined Arctic sovereignty and security through international law, defence policy, and geopolitics.
