Lisha Hassanali is an award-winning communications and government engagement professional, currently on the strategic leadership team of Keystone Agricultural Producers. A former journalist, Lisha has reported on current affairs, business, and culture for CBC Radio locally and nationally. She is passionate about building vibrant, inclusive cities and serves as Vice-President of the Manitoba Queer Chamber of Commerce Board. Lisha was named one of Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 and is a recipient of the Governor General’s Golden Jubilee Medal for community service. She enjoys watching Bollywood movies, walking everywhere, and exploring her home city of Winnipeg.
