Professionally, Killulark (Laura) Arngna’naaq is interested in supporting the North, including community and the land. She supports work across the three territories through grant making and administrative support to community lead work. Identifying the need for additional supports for artists in the NWT, she has been focused on establishing a network of organizations working in the sector. Personally, Killulark is passionate about sewing and her family. She primarily sews workplace and everyday wardrobes, but she also enjoys sewing with skins to create warm mitts and accessories. She has been most recently been working on furthering her skills in pattern making and clothing design.
