Kumaran Nadesan is the Group Chief Executive Officer of 369 Global, a Canadian group of companies with interests in skills training, media, and global talent mobility. He previously spent 15 years as an Ontario public servant in progressively senior roles across intergovernmental affairs, business development, stakeholder relations, communications, and policy and program advisory. Kumaran is a Director of the Canada‑India Business Council and undertakes philanthropy through his family’s Selvayogam Foundation. He has received multiple leadership awards and is the author of The Impolite Canadian, releasing in June 2026.
