Kerri Scheer is a trade union researcher at the United Steelworkers, where she provides corporate and sectoral analysis, costing, and public policy submissions to strengthen collective agreements for workers across Canada. She specializes in the public and health care sectors, supporting workers in hospitals, long-term care, community care, universities, municipalities, and non-profits. Kerri holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Toronto. In her spare time, she serves as a Team Lead with the Toronto Bike Brigade, a network of over 1,000 volunteer cyclists delivering essential goods for community organizations and mutual aid groups in Toronto.
