Kaylee Murphy, MD, CCFP, is a family physician, medical educator, and emerging health system leader based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. She serves as Director of Learner Well-Being and Success at the PEI Regional Campus of Memorial University’s Faculty of Medicine and is involved in postgraduate medical education through site leadership roles with Dalhousie University. During the province-wide transition to the Collaborative Health Record, Kaylee became an informal physician leader and trusted peer, helping colleagues navigate change in clinical practice – work recognized with the Prince Edward Island College of Family Physicians’ Award of Excellence. Her leadership interests include physician wellness, medical education, workforce sustainability, and collaborative systems change.
