Kandace Belanger is an RN with experience in addictions and mental health, which she has channeled into passion for supporting populations in her community, who bear a disproportionate burden of health and social inequities. Since 2008, she has held various frontline and leadership positions at the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and currently manages the Street Outreach and Harm Reduction programs. Kandace holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lakehead University and a Masters in Health Management from McMaster University. She further supports community by serving as a Chair of the Board of the United Way of Thunder Bay.
