Justin Hiltz is a health policy researcher working at the intersection of leadership, labour relations, and public decision‑making. His work focuses on advancing healthcare worker wellbeing and safety through policy development, workforce analysis, and provincial bargaining. Justin takes a collaborative approach, working with unions, employers, and governments to translate research into clear recommendations and practical change. His experience includes leading national and provincial research projects, producing policy and economic papers, and supporting senior leaders in complex negotiations. Outside of work, he enjoys training his dog in agility, hiking, gardening, and continually building new skills through learning and practice.
