Julie Sawchuk (she/her) values spending time with like‑minded individuals who are committed to creating change and improving the lives of others. For more than a decade, she has been immersed in the disability and accessibility space, and she now feels a strong calling to engage with leaders across advocacy, business, and government. She believes there are powerful opportunities to learn from shared and diverse lived experiences and is committed to representing the world’s largest minority community whenever possible. Julie lives in Southwestern Ontario with her family, where she enjoys riding her handcycle on local rail trails whenever she can.
