Josiah Gado is a Senior Production Manager at McCain Foods’ flagship Canadian industrial site in Alberta. Responsible for a team of over 350. Believes Canada’s future depends on industry leaders who see workforce and community investment as inseparable from business success. This conviction led him to co-found an employee resource group aimed at connecting and upskilling young professionals that expanded internationally, serve as previous chair of a regional community foundation, and serve on the board of the Community Foundations of Canada. Previously recognized for team achievements in operational excellence and employee retention, he holds degrees in engineering and economics. Active in youth mentorship and a former high school assistant coach, he enjoys reading and playing a variety of sports.
