Jocelyn Short is a senior executive leader dedicated to shaping better outcomes across public systems and communities through strategic problem-solving. Her career spans legislative governance, municipal accountability, and enterprise transformation and delivery. She previously served as Lobbyist Registrar and Accountability Officer for the Town of Collingwood and as Committee Clerk at the Ontario Legislature, advancing transparency and strong governance. As Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at Metrolinx, Jocelyn drives operational performance, safety, and service excellence. She was honored with the Women in Rail award, recognizing leadership, innovation, and community impact across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Jocelyn also volunteers with Girls E-Mentorship and sits on the Board of the Toronto Railway Museum.
